Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor provides frontline leadership for the Fairless Hills maintenance department by supervising daily maintenance operations and leading a team of maintenance technicians. This position is responsible for planning, scheduling, assigning, and coordinating preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support production objectives.

The Maintenance Supervisor works closely with Operations, Engineering, Warehouse, Quality, and EHS to ensure maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee development.
