About the Role
The Lifecycle & Retention Intern is part of Lifecycle and Retention team and is responsible for supporting the team in driving customer engagement and retention through the development, set up and optimisation of campaigns to support the key KPIs of acquisition, engagement, retention and customer lifetime value for Disney+.
This role is responsible for supporting the Disney+ Lifecycle and Retention team across Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Planning Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute marketing campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels. Contribute to the planning and development of the marketing calendar. Coordinate with creative teams to source and manage campaign assets. Testing, Analysis & Optimization Design test-and-learn scenarios that generate actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Work with the Lifecycle team to uncover opportunities that drive key business metrics. Strategy & Innovation Champion new approaches to customer engagement and retention. Support regional lifecycle leads on the ideation, rollout, and maintenance of automated campaigns.
Bring fresh, creative thinking to new concepts and ideas. Requirements
Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Communications, Media, Business or a related field Basic understanding of marketing and subscription business is a plus Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload to meet competing deadlines. Structured and detail oriented – excellent level of accuracy.
A strong communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done. Creative and solution-oriented mind-set. A self-starter capable of working independently, but also as part of a team. Fluency & strong writing and speaking ability in English is required (Mandarin is a plus). Strong analytical and numerical skills.
