Program Manager - MS-4 Stormwater Management Division

The Program Manager is responsible for the organized planning and implementation of efforts under the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit program. This position manages assigned capital projects to assure the coordination and completion of said projects on time, within the budget and achieves the scope of work.

Project types include, but are not limited to stormwater management, water quality and nutrient removal, minimum control measures implementation, restoration planning, roadway, and marine construction projects.
