Overview
4-Medical is a 27-bed inpatient medical-surgical unit that cares for a diverse patient population, with a focus on gastrointestinal illnesses and diabetes management. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nursing assistant who is passionate about patient-centered care and eager to join a collaborative healthcare team that includes Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Nurse Externs.

Responsibilities
Provides direct patient care while working under the supervision of a Nursing Supervisor utilizing skills as outlined in the scope of practice by the Department of Human Services Division of Facility Services or NC Board of Nursing.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required Current Nursing Assistant Level I certification (if applying as NAII must be current) required Current American Heart Association BCLS (CPR) required Strong critical thinking and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Able to work Weekdays, Weekends, and Holidays Provides direct patient care while working under the supervision of a Nursing Supervisor utilizing skills as outlined in the scope of practice by the Department of Human Services Division of Facility Services or NC Board of Nursing.
