Cleared Telephone Technician - Information Technology Specialist (OCONUS - Iraq)

TJFACT is seeking a Telephone Technician – Information Technology Specialist to support our DOS DT (Diplomatic Technology) IT team in Baghdad and Erbil, Iraq.

The Telephone technician provides expert-level support for all Department of State-owned telephone communications equipment. Specific responsibilities vary, but in general, are responsible for maintaining all aspects of an enterprise telephone network including switches, cabling, handsets, and programming of the Avaya CS-1000 phone systems, ensuring that mission-critical resources are always available when needed.
