Spreetail is looking for a driven and adaptable Area Manager to join our Away Team — a small, high-impact group designed to support facility launches, crisis response, and network-wide operations excellence.

This is not a traditional site-based role. You will be embedded across our fulfillment center network, learning our operating model from the ground up and deploying where we need you most. When Spreetail opens a new fulfillment center, you will transition into permanent leadership there — equipped with the skills, relationships, and institutional knowledge to lead from day one.
