Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy

The Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy is responsible for helping Baylor Genetics develop enterprise strategy and translate it into actionable plans, measurable outcomes, leadership-ready insights, and cross-functional execution discipline. This role partners with executive and functional leaders to support strategy development, strategic planning cycles, OKR governance, enterprise roadmap development, financial and performance analysis, business case development, and the identification, scoping, and assessment of new strategic opportunities.

The scope of this role may evolve as organizational priorities, strategic needs, and execution priorities change.
