Jouw impact in deze functie: Bedienen van de productie-installaties voor zandveredeling en -stockage vanuit de controlekamer via SCADA sturing Opvolgen van het productieproces, bijsturen van procesparameters en oplossen van procesalarmen Zandstalen nemen in verschillende fases van het proces en uitvoeren van een aantal testen op de stalen Registreren van productiegegevens en testresultaten Uitvoeren eerstelijnsinterventies in geval van kleine technische storingen Instaan voor de orde en netheid van het productiegebouw en de silogebouwen Occasionele belading van schepen Wat jij te bieden hebt: Studieniveau minimaal technisch secundair onderwijs of gelijkwaardig door ervaring Gedreven, enthousiaste persoon met een gezonde passie voor techniek Communicatief en verantwoordelijk ingesteld Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken Veiligheidsbewust zijn Beschikken over basis computervaardigheden Werken in ploegensysteem (vroege, late, nacht) Werken met chemicaliën Wat wij bieden: Interim contract met optie vast.

ENG: Role Purpose: Ensure the installations perform the desired operation(s) according to the existing procedures and policies as well as monitor the installations in order to guarantee the delivery of a (semi-)finished product in accordance with the specifications.
Responsibilities
Operating the sand refining and storage production facilities from the control room via SCADA control Monitoring the production process, adjusting process parameters and resolving process alarms Taking sand samples at various stages of the process and performing a number of tests on the samples Registering production data and test results Performing first-line interventions in case of minor technical malfunctions Ensuring the order and cleanliness of the production building and silo buildings Occasional loading of vessels About you: Level A2 in a technical field.
Experience with automatically controlled processes is a plus. You can work independently as well as in a team and have a strong focus on safety. You will be working in shift system (early, late, night) You have strong communication skills and are eager to learn. You are flexible and always solution oriented You have an eye for continuous improvement in all areas You can work with Word and Excel and have the necessary computer skills Working with chemicals What we offer: Temporary contract with option for permanent position.
