Manages the Network Services team within IT Services and provides leadership for the agency's enterprise Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) network infrastructure. Oversees the planning, implementation, operation, and maintenance of statewide networking and communications services supporting agency business functions, transportation operations, and field infrastructure.
