Offshore Delivery Manager – Consulting & Analytics Delivery

The offshore delivery manager is responsible for leading and scaling high quality offshore delivery in support of U.S.-based consulting engagements. This role owns the day-to-day performance of offshore teams, including utilization, delivery quality, timeliness, and seamless integration with onshore project teams.

The Offshore Delivery Manager will partner closely with U.S. engagement leaders to design, operationalize, and continuously improve an offshore delivery operating model that enables predictable, high quality outcomes while maximizing utilization across analytics, technology, and consulting workstreams. The role requires strong consulting delivery discipline, operational leadership, and experience working across time zones in a professional services environment.
