What You'll Do

Respond promptly to internet, phone, text, and email inquiries from prospective customers. Schedule appointments for customers with the sales team and confirm appointments through follow-up communication. Build relationships with customers while providing outstanding customer service. Document customer interactions and update information in the dealership CRM.

Work with the sales team to help create a smooth and positive customer experience.

What You'll Bring

At least 1 year of customer service, call center, sales, or BDC experience. Comfortable speaking to customers by phone, text, and email. Provide professional customer service and create a positive experience for every customer. Work well with teammates to achieve shared goals. Use a computer for daily tasks and learn dealership software used to manage customer information.

The ability to manage multiple customer conversations throughout the day. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards The pay for this position is $20.00 an hour plus bonuses. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
