We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our property in Woodstock. In this role, you will lead the maintenance team, manage vendor relations, and ensure our facilities are safe, efficient, and meet our high brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and perform preventive maintenance and general repairs (HVAC, plumbing, carpentry). Maintain hotel grounds and building interiors/exteriors. Lead, coach, and train the maintenance team. Manage safety protocols and emergency on-call work as required.
