Employment Senior Associate/Managing Associate – Leicester About the Freeths Employment Team The Freeths national Employment Team is led by Rena Magdani who is ranked in Band 1 in Chambers & Partners and is recognised as a Leader in the Field by Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500. The Team comprises over 45 employment specialists across the country.

The team provide a specialist employment law and HR advisory service to a range of companies from PLCs to SMEs. This includes advice on disciplinary and grievance matters, unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, whistleblowing, redundancy, restructures and strategic advice to senior management teams and boards. We also advise senior executives and professionals in all aspects of the employment relationship.

We have established a reputation for providing timely responses and pragmatic, cost-effective solutions.
