Key Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and close high-quality technical candidates (developers, engineers, product roles).
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle – from sourcing to offer closure.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, and direct outreach.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities. What We’re Looking For:
