Financial Planning and Analyst [EXE]

The Financial Planning and Analyst will support enterprise-level strategic initiatives at Herschend through detailed financial planning and analysis. This role sits on the finance team but will partner with executive sponsors and collaborate across functional departments to support executive decision-making through financial insights.

This role will develop financial models and key performance indictor dashboards to analyze business performance and provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, financial acumen and effective communication skills. This individual must be agile, proactive and an independent thinker.
