Requirements

A STIBO (STEP) Engineer / Developer is responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining Master Data Management (MDM) and Product Information Management (PIM) solutions on the Stibo Systems STEP platform. Configure STEP components, including workflows, business rules, user interfaces, and data models for product, customer, or supplier data.

Develop JavaScript-based business rules and workflow extensions. Build inbound and outbound integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and ETL tools. Design and implement data quality, governance, and validation rules. Troubleshoot production issues, optimize system performance, and support platform upgrades.
