Development and Construction Manager

The Manager of Development and Construction (PM) acts as project manager for designated new locations throughout multiple regions and is responsible for managing the design and buildout of the project from budget forecasting through project close out. This individual is also responsible for driving the analytics required to identify trends in construction costs in an effort to identify savings and optimization opportunities.

The PM will be responsible to travel to site to field inspect the site at minimum of once per project. PM will be a strong communicator, solutions oriented, and has the ability to build and maintain relationships with the critical internal and external stakeholders involved in the rollout of new studio locations nationally.
