Flatwork Project Manager

Description Oversee assigned crews to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet company productivity, quality, and safety standards. Lead safety and training initiatives. Ensure job sites are safe and prepped for crews before arrival. Train and support new and existing employees. Coordinate with customers to plan schedules and manage changes.

Perform daily spot checks of completed work. Assist with billing, scheduling, and warranty projects as needed. Attend job site meetings with builders and homeowners. Review and approve employee timecards. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements

Qualifications Minimum of three years of field experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Must have a valid driver's license.
