Home Care Staff RN (PRN, Days & Call)

Responsible for developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the total patient care plan in accordance with the accepted practices, policies and procedures of the home care department. The staff nurse is responsible for functioning as the case manager if other disciplines are involved with direct client care.
