Supervisor, Engineering 2

The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, fabrication and assembly, cost reduction initiatives, processing of engineering changes, and introduction of new products.   Also provides leadership, guidance and mentoring to junior engineers, technicians and operations support staff.  The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for achieving short and long-term goals, development of project plans, execution of capital projects and significant activities requiring a multi-functional team.
