Senior Systems Integration Analyst

General Overview: MTSI is looking for a skilled and talented Senior Systems Integration Analyst to join our team! In this role you will support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Chief Engineer in the effort of integrating, and coordinating, complex engineering efforts involving both internal and external systems.

Job Responsibilities

Assist to facilitate integration between internal and external systems Contribute to an Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT) Coordinate with technical POCs to facilitate cross-team communication Develop tools and processes to capture relevant metrics Evaluate working group technical outputs to determine progress or status Evaluate how decisions might impact schedule, dependencies, and integrated testing Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree 7+ years of experience Active Secret clearance MDA (or DoW) Experience Experience supporting IPTs and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) Excellent organization and communication skills Experience with systems integration What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Adept with some MBSE tools (Cameo, DOORs, etc.)

Experience briefing and interacting with senior leaders Experience developing digital tools or dashboards #LI-AS1
