AB Facility Services is seeking a motivated Accounting Intern to support our Accounting & Finance team with basic accounting tasks, data entry, and administrative support while gaining hands-on experience in a professional business environment.

This is a great opportunity for a college student looking to apply classroom knowledge and earn academic credit toward their degree.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and maintain accounting and financial data accurately. Assist with invoice and payment data entry. Help organize and maintain accounting records and documents. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks. Review data for accuracy and identify basic discrepancies Support the Accounting team with administrative tasks and special projects.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related degree . Eligible to receive college/university academic credit. Basic understanding of accounting principles preferred. Comfortable working with numbers and entering data accurately. Basic Microsoft Excel skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality. Reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable working as part of a team. Academic Credit This internship is intended for students seeking or eligible to receive academic credit through their college or university. The student will coordinate with their school regarding internship requirements.
