Director of Construction

The Director of Construction will serve as the executive champion for all physical asset projects, capital improvement projects, and maintenance operations across the company’s portfolio. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales/Construction. This role bridges the gap between high-level investment underwriting and hands-on site execution.

The Director will collaborate closely with Community Managers and Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) to guide and assist in the completion of capital projects at the community level, overseeing all phases from design through completion. This role will involve communicating upwards with the Executive Team and investors as well as outward facing with supporting 3rd party vendors.
