Responsibilities

Equipment performance continuous improvement

• Collaborate with the supplier to improve machine quality/down time/jam rate and enhance the capability of equipment technology for fully automation. Support production
• Root cause problem solving and define SOP/OCAP for technician competency enhancement by 1st time right repairing and effective predict maintenance Lead/involve in automation solution for structural utilization and quality improvement to achieve no risk of human error New technology introduction
• Proactive survey/benchmarking new technology from peer sites or industrial Minimum Qualification Bachelor or master degree, major in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and other related disciplines. Within 2 years of working experience in relevant field. Ability to speak and write in English and Mandaring fluently. Preferred Qualification Good interpersonal and communication skills. Experience as a leader with expertise in project. Passionate about self-learning Knowledge of 6-sigma and problem solving skills Basic application with invertor software for the hardware design. EX.
