Industrial Maintenance Manager

What you would be doing: Primarily responsible to support the Plant Directors with operations to manufacture products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications. Reviews the production schedule and resources available and directs and supervises the daily activities of staff in the designated department, delegating responsibilities as necessary, to attain goals and objectives in each area.

Administrative tasks may include, interviewing, training, time keeping, attendance records, addressing complaints and conflict resolution. Conveys and enforces company policies to employees and enforces safety and GMP regulations (Good Manufacturing Practices).
