Home Health: Start of Care/Admission Registered Nurse (RN)

Primarily responsible to plan, organize, direct home care services. Experience in nursing, with emphasis on community health education/experience. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.

Position: Start of Care/Admission Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health Wage range: $88,000-$90,000 annually, depending on experience Service Area: Twin Cities Metro Area. Plus, mileage reimbursement of 72.5 cents per mile. Schedule: Full-Time. 1.0 FTE / Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (Rotations. 2 holidays per year, PRN on-call and no holidays)
