Job description
A Safety Associate will be an individual with outstanding knowledge and keen understanding of front-line operations at Newfields. Observe and protect IMA Art, Galleries, Gardens, Guests and Staff by reporting all unauthorized activity. This role will be cross trained to assist with the implementation of our screening process.
They will embody the values at Newfields including stewardship, inclusivity, service, and excellence. Safety Associates will move throughout the Galleries, Gardens, Lilly House, and Art and Nature Park remaining vigilant while also providing excellent customer service to Newfields guests.
