This role plays a key part in attracting, engaging, and hiring a diverse and highly qualified workforce. The Talent Acquisition Specialist partners closely with hiring managers across departments including curatorial, education, visitor services, development, and operations to design and implement inclusive hiring practices that reflect Newfields’ mission, values, and commitment to equity and access.
