Equipment Operator II

DEFINITION Under general direction, operates heavy construction and maintenance equipment in support of a variety of activities including excavating, grading, loading, transporting, and related operations; oversees the work of maintenance workers assigned; performs activities and duties related to the construction and maintenance of public infrastructure; and performs a variety of technical tasks relative to assigned areas of responsibility.
