The System Analyst is responsible for the systematic process of evaluating a building's effectiveness and operations using data to inform decisions and drive improvement.
Responsibilities include
tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like energy consumption, maintenance costs, and user satisfaction, and using benchmarks to compare performance against past data or industry averages. Optimize resource use, enhance safety, improve occupant experience, and ensure the facility supports overall business objectives.
