EMPLOYEE OWNER POSITION PURPOSE: We are looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician level III to service Homeowner Associations (HOAs) and managed residential properties. This role requires an independent professional capable of managing their own schedule and working without direct daily supervision. You will troubleshoot on-site issues and perform a wide variety of basic handyman-style repairs, property operations, and seasonal maintenance.
Working closely with our local Management office, you will take full ownership of your daily routine to keep community assets functional, safe, and visually appealing.
