Relationship Banker - Floating

The Relationship Banker promotes and cross-sells bank products and services to new and existing customers to meet their needs and the bank’s growth objectives. Must be fully trained and maintain continuous knowledge of the functions of both teller and banker roles. Bilingual (english/spanish) - fluency verbal and written required. Must be able and willing to work from any of our four branch locations in St. Paul and Minneapolis. Will be based at our Como branch in St. Paul.

Annual salary range DOQ $42,108 - $60,154 - $78,200
