The RN is responsible for monitoring complex patient conditions, administering medications, coordinating care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes. Demonstrates strong clinical judgment in detecting and responding to changes in cardiac and neurological status.

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (required) NIH Stroke Scale certification (required) Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of stepdown or progressive care experience Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring Manage cardiac telemetry and recognize rhythm changes Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to clinical protocols Work Shift Details: Registry, 7a-7p Department: 6-7 INPATIENT NURSING Benefits for You At Silver Cross Hospital, we care about your health and well-being and that is why we work hard to provide quality and affordable benefit options for you and your eligible family members.

The expected pay for this position is listed below: $46.50 - $46.50 The final pay rate offered may be more than the posted range based on several factors including but not limited to: licensure, certifications, work experience, education, knowledge, demonstrated abilities, internal equity, market data, and more.
