Manager Foam Mfg

Carpenter Co. has an immediate opening for Foam MFG Manager at our Tupelo/Verona, MS manufacturing plant. This position will manage and direct the operation of the Foam MFG Department in an efficient, safe, and quality focused manner. The Foam MFG Manager is responsible and accountable for all facets of the production lines scheduling with a two-shift operation.

Direct supervision of the production floor supervisor and hourly employees of safety programs to assure compliance with regulatory agency guidelines and the company’s policies.
