A LOOK INTO THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage all paid acquisition channels, including: PPC Social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) Programmatic job advertising Affiliates and partnerships Develop and test new paid acquisition channels and opportunities Track and report KPIs, including: Number of new users Cost per acquisition Conversion rates Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to develop and test new acquisition campaigns and channels THE REQUIREMENTS (AND WHY WE WANT TO WORK WITH YOU) At least 2 years of paid advertising experience, ideally on social media platforms (primarily on LinkedIn) Skilled in reviewing and analyzing data in platforms such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ad Manager, and more Optimizing acquisition funnels and landing pages (e.
