- Design and implement robust ETL pipelines to integrate data from multiple HR systems and sources.
- Develop optimized data models and schemas that support analytics and reporting requirements.
- Build and maintain scalable data infrastructure to enable people analytics initiatives.
- Manage Airflow workflows for pipeline orchestration and dbt models for data transformation.
- Create and optimize complex SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
- Implement comprehensive data quality checks and monitoring systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis. - 2+ years of hands-on experience with Airflow. - 2+ years of hands-on experience with dbt.
- Strong expertise in AWS data services and cloud infrastructure.
