Physical Therapist Assistant

Description Northwest Physical Therapy is looking for a full-time, self-motivated physical therapist who is dedicated to providing high quality patient centered care. The successful candidate will conduct daily patient physical therapy treatment involving frequent interaction with both patients and physicians; provide patient care as prescribed by the referring physician based on the evaluation, assessment and design of the Physical Therapist; will assist with maintenance and updating of patient case files.
