Job Summary
The TSR Staff Animal Health KPN2 JKT1 will support the Animal Health department in Jakarta, focusing on technical service and sales related to animal health products and solutions for PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. This role involves direct interaction with customers and internal teams to promote animal well-being and product utilization.
Job Responsibilities

Conduct technical visits to farms and customers to provide support and troubleshoot animal health issues. * Assist in the implementation and monitoring of animal health programs and protocols. * Provide technical presentations and training to internal staff and external clients on animal health products and best practices.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets for animal health products. * Collect and analyze field data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement. * Prepare comprehensive reports on field activities, customer interactions, and market feedback. * Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and regulations related to animal health.

Support research and development initiatives for new animal health solutions. * Maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty. Job Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry, or a related field. * Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in animal health, technical service, or a related field, preferably within the poultry or livestock industry.

Strong understanding of animal physiology, diseases, and common animal health challenges. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Willingness to travel frequently within Jakarta and surrounding areas. * Valid driver's license. * Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
