Attractive Level 3 Pay Rate Training provided MSS Security is seeking a dedicated and professional Security Receptionist to join our team at our Research Centre located in Bundoora. This is a Monday to Friday position, w here you will be a key part of the front-line security presence, creating a positive first impression while supporting the day-to-day operations of the site.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner Answering and directing incoming phone calls Welcoming visitors and managing sign-in and sign-out procedures Issuing access passes and assisting with site access requirements Monitoring CCTV footage and reporting any incidents or concerns when required Providing a high level of customer service while maintaining site security standards Requirements: Full Australian Working Rights A valid Victorian Security License (Control Room License preferred but not essential) First Aid & CPR (Or willing to obtain) Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors Previous experience in a security, reception, administration, or customer service role is highly regarded Basic computer skills with the ability to use email and general computer systems confidently Master License Number: 409-987-30S How to apply MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer, valuing the unique backgrounds, experiences, and contributions of each person We encourage and celebrate diversity.
