We’re currently seeking an experienced Brisbane-based Senior Architect to join GRAYA™. In this role, you’ll be at the centre of our design delivery process, leading concept development, documentation quality and consultant coordination across luxury multi-residential and mixed-use projects. You’ll work closely with directors, project teams and consultants from early design through to construction delivery, ensuring every outcome reflects GRAYA’s commitment to design excellence, build precision and detail-led execution.

What You’ll Do Lead architectural design from concept through design development, documentation and construction support Drive design intent and architectural quality across the full project lifecycle Coordinate and manage consultants (planning, certification, structural, civil, services, interiors and specialist inputs) Oversee documentation standards in Revit, ensuring coordinated, construction-ready outputs Review drawings and technical information to ensure buildability, accuracy, risk management and detail resolution Support construction teams by resolving design queries quickly and effectively throughout delivery Maintain authority compliance and documentation readiness, including engagement with certifiers and consultants Mentor and support junior design team members, lifting standards, capability and consistency Contribute to continuous improvement through templates, workflows, checklists and stronger documentation processes Requirements What You’ll Bring Strong capability delivering complex projects through documentation and construction High proficiency in Revit within complex, multi-stakeholder project environments Confidence leading consultant teams and coordinating technical inputs across disciplines Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a structured approach to documentation and issue management A calm, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to lead, influence and follow through Qualifications in Architecture are required, registration (or eligibility) is highly regarded Experience across multi-residential, mixed-use or high-end residential projects is highly regarded Benefits Why GRAYA™?
