Energy Service Technician / Driver Coldwater Energy Division | Mercer Landmark Location: Coldwater, OH Powering Agriculture, Businesses, and Communities At Mercer Landmark, we do more than deliver fuel. What You'll Do

As an Energy Service Technician / Driver, you'll play a critical role in delivering the fuel, lubricants, equipment, and service our customers rely on to keep their operations running efficiently. Every day brings a new challenge and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Products That Keep Customers Running Safely deliver gasoline, diesel fuel, lubricants, and other petroleum products to agricultural, commercial, and residential customers. Ensure deliveries are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. Represent Mercer Landmark with professionalism at every customer location.

Install, Maintain & Repair Equipment Deliver, install, service, and repair fuel and lubricant equipment. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform preventative maintenance. Assist customers in maximizing equipment performance and reliability. Build Strong Customer Relationships Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Respond to customer questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Become a trusted resource for customers by providing dependable service they can count on. Support a Culture of Teamwork & Excellence Work closely with the Energy Division sales team, management, and operational staff. Communicate effectively across departments to ensure customer success.

Contribute to a positive workplace culture built on respect, collaboration, and accountability. Put Safety First Follow all federal, state, and company safety standards and operating procedures. Ensure vehicles, equipment, and work practices remain compliant and well maintained. Promote safe work habits and help maintain a strong culture of safety throughout the organization.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is dependable, safety-minded, customer-focused, and takes pride in doing quality work. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Valid CDL with Hazardous Materials (HazMat) and Tanker endorsements, or the ability to obtain the required endorsements. Working knowledge of MSDS/SDS labeling and safe handling procedures.

Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong attention to detail and safety.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in agriculture, agribusiness, fuel delivery, petroleum services, or a cooperative environment. Experience installing, servicing, or repairing fuel and lubricant equipment. Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn and grow within the energy industry. Don't Have All the Required Endorsements? We can help. Physical Requirements This position combines driving, technical service work, and customer support. Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and work in physically demanding environments. Climb ladders and work at elevated heights when servicing equipment. Work safely in a variety of indoor, outdoor, and seasonal weather conditions.
