Job Title: Senior Executive – FP&A Location: Vadodara Experience: 2–5 Years Qualification Graduate in Commerce (B.Com), or Master’s in Finance / Commerce / MBA (Finance preferred) Job Overview We are hiring a D Ata Analyst to support financial planning and analysis for our Staffing / Services business . This role will be responsible for revenue and cost analysis, P&L preparation, budgeting, MIS reporting, and management financial reporting.
The ideal candidate should have strong financial acumen, advanced Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Perform revenue analysis including Unbilled revenue, Billings, and Client profitability Conduct detailed cost analysis (employee costs, overheads, project-wise margins) Prepare and analyze monthly P&L statements Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards Support month-end closing and financial reporting activities Work closely with business, sales, and operations teams to support decision-making Skills & Requirements Strong experience in FP&A, MIS, and financial reporting Advanced MS Excel skills , including: VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP / XLOOKUP IF conditions Pivot Tables & Charts Knowledge of Excel Macros and SQL is an added advantage Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Industry Preference Experience in Staffing, Recruitment, Consulting, IT Services, or Service-based organizations preferred Why Join Us Exposure to end-to-end FP&A in a growing Services and AI-enabled environment Opportunity to work closely with senior management Strong career growth and learning opportuni
