Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures Performs routine maintenance and cleaning of facilities Orders supplies and materials needed for cleaning, repairs, and maintenance Primary functions require enough physical ability and mobility to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time; stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, reach and twist; regularly push, pull, lift, and/or carry light to moderately heavy objects and occasionally objects over 45 pounds; requires an ability to operate various equipment
