Trading Operations Specialist (UAE,Dubai)

SFORS operates exclusively with its own capital and does not raise external investments. We are currently looking for a Trading Operations Specialist to strengthen our team. This role includes fast response to requests, ticket handling, incident resolution, infrastructure monitoring, building and maintaining knowledge base documentation, and suggesting process improvements.

Working schedule — Dubai time 23/5 schedule with rotating shifts: Morning: 09:00–17:00 — remote Day: 12:00–20:00 — office Evening: 19:30–03:00 — remote Shifts rotate according to the schedule and vary between daylight saving and standard time.

What you will do
