The Cluster Assistant Director of E-Commerce is responsible for driving the online commercial performance of Minor Hotels

• Sri Lanka by managing digital sales channels, brand websites, online travel agencies (OTAs) and digital marketing initiatives. The role focuses on maximizing online revenue, improving website conversion, optimizing distribution channels, and enhancing the hotels' digital presence. Working closely with Revenue Management, Sales & Marketing and Corporate E-Commerce teams, the incumbent analyzes market trends, monitors performance metrics, implements promotional campaigns and ensures brand standards are maintained across all digital platforms to achieve revenue and business objectives.
