Junior Buyer (Temporary 6 months)

We develop products with highly specific requirements, including electronics for harsh, humid and warm environments to achieve wellness experiences for our customers. As a Junior Buyer (Temporary 6 months) , your role will support the procurement and supply of materials needed for production, helping prevent material shortages and maintain production continuity.

Procurement & Supply Management: Manage raw material procurement activities by creating and monitoring purchase orders based on MRP requirements, ensuring on-time deliveries, maintaining supplier communication, and expediting critical orders when necessary. Material Planning: Analyze MRP requirements, demand forecast, inventory levels, and production schedules to ensure material availability, maintain optimal inventory levels, minimize excess stock, and support safety stock management.

Supplier Management: Maintain effective supplier relationships by ensuring continuous communication, monitoring supplier performance (delivery, quality, and responsiveness), mitigating supply risk, and supporting the qualification and onboarding of new suppliers. Inventory Control: Monitor raw material inventory and supply flow to identify shortages, excess inventory, and obsolescence risk while supporting inventory accuracy and control activities.

Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure material availability, communicate supply constraints, and support the resolution of quality and delivery issues.
