Maintenance Supervisor - Silver Station Apartments

What You'll Do

Lead and support the onsite maintenance team Oversee service requests, apartment turns, preventative maintenance, and property upkeep Ensure the community remains safe, attractive, and well-maintained Troubleshoot and complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and general repair work Maintain curb appeal and community appearance standards Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as needed Be available for rotating weekend responsibilities What You Bring At least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred HVAC certification preferred CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification preferred Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently while leading a team Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance Knowledge of Fair Housing practices preferred Why RBM Management?
