Communications Specialist

This role primarily supports the Director of Communications in developing messaging for three core audiences: retailers, players, and employees.

Key responsibilities include

promoting awareness and sales of Lottery products through digital channels, with a strong emphasis on social media and the Lottery’s website; writing and contributing to internal and external publications, including the bi-monthly retailer magazine and the corporate intranet; and building promotions to drive product engagement.

The position also involves significant interaction with Louisiana Lottery players, including responding to inquiries received via phone, email, and social media.
