  • Waterfront Salary: ยฃ26,000 - ยฃ30,000 + OTE Location: Juniper Training Centre, Ground Floor, Admiral House Waterfront East, Level Street Brierley Hill, West Midlands DY5 1XG Hours: Full-Time (Mon-Thurs 8.30-4.30, Fri 8.30-2.30) Contract: Permanent Are you passionate about helping young people find their path to success? Do you thrive on connecting with people and building strong relationships? If so, we want you on our team! We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Recruitment Officer to join our team. The role is focused on recruiting students onto suitable training programmes, providing effective careers advice and guidance, and ensuring their individual support needs are identified. This includes promoting Juniper through outreach, social media, schools, careers events and local networks, building strong relationships with referral partners, interviewing and onboarding new students, and meeting recruitment targets.
