As part of our Cloud Engineering team, you will support enterprise environments, monitor mission-critical systems, resolve operational incidents, and learn modern cloud technologies while helping our customers maintain secure, scalable and reliable cloud platforms.
What you'll do
Design, implement and optimize cloud infrastructure and platform architecture Lead complex infrastructure projects and technical improvements Provide L3 support by troubleshooting complex infrastructure incidents and performing root cause analysis Drive automation using Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools Collaborate with engineering teams to improve reliability, scalability and operational efficiency Define and promote DevOps, incident management and security best practices Create and maintain technical architecture documentation, operational procedures and runbooks Lead knowledge transfer sessions, mentor engineers and support technical growth across the team Continuously drive cloud, automation and digital transformation initiatives 7+ years of experience in Cloud, Linux System Administration, Infrastructure or DevOps roles Experience designing, implementing and supporting enterprise production environments Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers Strong analytical thinking and structured troubleshooting approach Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Fluent English Experience with some, not all, of the following technologies is expected: Operating Systems: Linux administration (RHEL, Ubuntu and similar), including network, system and application services Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, troubleshooting Infrastructure & Virtualization: VMware and/or Citrix Xen.
